These Terms of Service govern your use of the Still Striving online store and purchases made through our website.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced on our website.
PRODUCTS
Still Striving sells watches and related products displayed on our online store.
We make reasonable efforts to present product photographs, descriptions, specifications and colours accurately. However, appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and your device display.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
PRICING
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable storefront currency.
Still Striving reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, description or technical errors. Where an error materially affects an order already placed, we may contact the customer before proceeding and provide appropriate options, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not prevent Still Striving from carrying out reasonable payment, availability, fraud-prevention or order-verification checks.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, inventory errors or inability to fulfil the order.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we subsequently cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
SHIPPING
Nigeria orders are generally estimated to arrive within 3–5 business days.
International orders are generally estimated to arrive within 5–8 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Unless expressly included at checkout, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges applicable to international orders.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Eligible purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Still Striving covers approved return shipping in accordance with that policy.
WARRANTY
Eligible watches purchased directly from Still Striving include a 6-month Still Striving warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use, subject to the exclusions and claims process described in our Return & Refund Policy.
This warranty is provided by Still Striving and is not an official manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Still Striving's original website content, branding, graphics and other materials created or owned by Still Striving may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use third-party services for functions such as payments, shipping, analytics and ecommerce infrastructure.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.
